Catering Mentor – WATT Services, Cheadle

The Purpose: Our WaTT Service provides a catering service for the organisation, offering a menu for breakfasts and lunches, and a catering service for events. Volunteer Catering Mentors are needed to enhance the learning and experience of our service users who deliver the service.



The Role: The role would involve mentoring service users with disabilities and learning difficulties to support their skill-development in the training kitchen.

The Person: We need someone with well-developed skill and experience in the catering industry, keen to share their knowledge, experience and passion with our service users. Patience, energy and enthusiasm are key qualities. The volunteer would need to commit to volunteering once per week on Monday, Wednesday or Friday during office hours.
