Calling any green-fingered folk who fancy getting stuck into a creative gardening project in Cheadle!!

Green-Fingered Giver – Woodlands, Cheadle

Green-fingered Together Trust volunteers.
The Purpose: We need a creative, green-fingered volunteer to help maintain the Woodlands' garden as an ongoing project and help to create new ideas. Woodlands is a respite care centre in Cheadle where children with complex disabilities spend short breaks in a cosy home-from-home.

The Role: Keeping the garden tidy and trimmed, enhancing the space with sensory boxes and spaces that the children can enjoy, creating a vegetable patch and planting new seeds and plants throughout the year as required.

The Person: We need a volunteer with a passion and well-developed skill for all things green, and who would be able and prepared to take responsibility for the garden space.
